Im Mittelpunkt bei der Implementierung einer Lsung steht die IT-Untersttzung in Form von Entscheidungsuntersttzungssystemen, dem Aufbau eines Data Warehouse sowie die Analyse der Daten mittels Methoden der Business Intelligence. Grundlage fr den Aufbau der Systeme ist die Kenntnis der grundstzlich verfgbaren Lsungen aus IT-Sicht und die der Anforderungen des Krankenhauses. Diese rekrutieren sich aus den Bereichen Kostenrechnung und Controlling, Medizincontrolling, im Hinblick auf das DRG-System, klassischen Bereichen wie Personal sowie aus neuen Anforderungen aus Logistik, Marketing, Qualitts- und Risikomanagement. Zentrales Instrument bei der Umsetzung sind klinische Pfade. Die Umsetzbarkeit der Lsungsanstze wird anhand von Modellprojekten zur Prozesskostenrechnung und zum Aufbau eines Data Warehouses im Krankenhaus aufgezeigt. Eine vergleichende Studie zeigt die Optionen zur Systemauswahl am Markt auf.
