Weiterhin werden die Geschichte der Behrde des Bundesbeauftragten fr die Stasi-Unterlagen in ihrer vergangenheitspolitischen Genese und Entwicklung und das erinnerungspolitische Projekt eines Zentrums gegen Vertreibungen analysiert. Abschlieend werden die Ergebnisse zu zehn Thesen zur Geschichtspolitik in der Berliner Republik zusammengefasst.
