Die experimentelle Studie untersucht die Auswirkungen eines kommunizierten Unternehmenspurpose auf Einstellung und Verhalten von Mitarbeitenden. Auerdem wird untersucht, wie sich ein transformationaler Fhrungsstil im Vergleich zu einem transaktionalen auf Mitarbeitende auswirkt. Aufgrund der Vermutung, dass Fhrung bei der Etablierung eines Purpose eine bedeutsame Rolle spielt, werden Fhrung und Purpose zustzlich auf Interaktionseffekte untersucht.
