Der Europische Gerichtshof hat in seinem Urteil in der Rechtssache Molenaar eine gemeinschaftsrechtliche Einordnung der Leistungen der deutschen sozialen Pflegeversicherung vorgenommen. Die Folgen dieser Einordnung fr die an einem Pflegeverhltnis Beteiligten werden in dieser Arbeit aufgezeigt und an den Vorgaben des primren Gemeinschaftsrechts gemessen. Die gefundenen Ergebnisse sind Grundlage eines Vorschlags zur Reform des Koordinierungssystems der VO (EWG) 1408/71.
