Die Studie zeigt am Beispiel des Leeraner Gesundheitsfrderungsprogramms (LGFP) Mglichkeiten, die Gesundheit von erwerbslosen Menschen und Beschftigten in Jobcentern positiv zu beeinflussen und damit zugleich die Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen Leben zu frdern. In Anlehnung an das Gesundheitsmodell der Salutogenese nach Aron Antonovsky werden die gesundheitliche Lage von erwerbslosen Menschen analysiert, gesundheitliche Ressourcen und Belastungen im Zusammenhang der Erwerbslosigkeit aufgezeigt und zugleich Potenziale der Gesundheitsfrderung ausgearbeitet. Grundlegend sind dabei die Annahmen, dass erwerbslose Menschen ber Ressourcen verfgen und die Gesundheit dabei eine besondere Rolle spielt.
