Christina Westermayer stellt das Persnlichkeitskonstrukt der Kontrollberzeugung in den Mittelpunkt der Analyse und untersucht insbesondere die Dimension der Internalitt, also die berzeugung, das eigene Leben und die Ereignisse in der Umwelt selbst zu steuern. Aus den Ergebnissen geht hervor, dass die Kontrollberzeugung im Zusammenhang mit wesentlichen unternehmerischen Merkmalen steht, etwa der Zielerreichung.
