Rechtfertigungsarbeit kann darin bestehen, die kooperative Haltung der Betroffenen gegenber dem Betrieb zu bekrftigen oder plausibel zu machen, dass sie in ihrer Arbeitsstelle trotz der Erkrankung weiterhin leistungsfhig sein werden.
