Mittels einer qualitativen Fallstudie, die die strategische Entwicklung von vier Spitzenrestaurants nachvollzieht und vergleicht, leitet die Autorin Einsichten in die Konzeption, Entwicklung und Wirkung von organisationalen Anspruchsniveaus ab. Diese geben interessante Antworten auf die Fragen: Woran machen Unternehmen ihren Erfolg fest und wie und wodurch verndern sich die relevanten Mastbe ber die Zeit?.
