Die vorliegende, qualitative Studie beleuchtet die Wechselwirkungen zwischen Krperwissen und Leiberfahrungen im Hinblick auf Sucht. Die empirischen Ergebnisse zeigen, dass es nicht ausreicht, Sucht lediglich als natrlichen Prozess krperlicher bzw. psychischer Vorgnge zu verstehen. Mindestens ebenso bedeutend fr die Entstehung und Aufrechterhaltung von Sucht ist das Setting im Sinne des soziokulturell geprgten Suchtwissens. Ein gesundheitsfrderlicher Umgang mit Drogengebraucher*innen muss daher immer auch die Wechselwirkungen zwischen Krper und Gesellschaft in Rechnung stellen und Identifikationsmglichkeiten jenseits der Sucht ermglichen.
