Pedestal-mounted, open ABS plastic bowl eye/face wash unit, designed at ANSI-compliant height, is generally located in open areas away from walls. Suitable for use in all applications not subject to the possibility of freezing or overheating. The system features a specially designed valve that includes an integral, heavy-duty stainless steel stop-plate to handle rough operation without failure. Low operating torque offers reliable, easy on/off operation. Solid construction using galvanized mild steel pipework. Easy activation highly visible red push plate with universal hand and eye wash sign. Includes an inspection record tag for recording service and test history. Add optional foot treadle for a secondary means of activation. Some assembly may be required. Features: Twin spray nozzles protected by dust covers that pop-off when eye wash is activatedDiffusers provide a gentle flow of aerated water and prevent further injury to the eyesHigh-performance 316L SS quarter-turn ball valves endure the harshest environments and site conditionsIncludes a separate universal eyewash sign for enhanced visibilityMeets ANSI and EN 15154 standards and supports OSHA requirementsEye/Face wash bowl material - Yellow ABS PlasticMaterial Specifications - Eye/facewash diffusers: Chrome plated brass with stainless steel mesh.
