Selbstbegnstigende Handlungen werden sowohl im deutschen als auch im spanischen Strafrecht vielfach privilegiert. Michael Juhas untersucht die dogmatischen Grundlagen fr diese Privilegierung, vergleicht hiervon ausgehend die Strafbarkeit des Vortters bei selbstbegnstigungsrelevanten Tatbestnden und bewertet die dogmatische Folgerichtigkeit der Regelungen. Einen besonderen Schwerpunkt der Arbeit bildet dabei die neu eingefhrte Strafbarkeit der Eigengeldwsche. Der Verfasser errtert die neue Regelung des 261 Abs. 9 Satz 3 StGB und vergleicht diese mit der spanischen Regelung zum autoblanqueo und der einschrnkenden Auslegung durch die spanische Rechtsprechung. Der Autor: Michael Juhas ist im bayerischen Justizdienst ttig und derzeit Regierungsrat im Bayerischen Staatsministerium der Justiz. Er promovierte an der LMU Mnchen.
