Zwei zentrale, nach wie vor gltige Ziele, die Strkung der Fachkrftebasis und der Innovationskraft in strukturschwachen Regionen, knnen vor allem dann erreicht werden, wenn regionale Akteure Frdermanahmen selbst ausgestalten und an die Gegebenheiten vor Ort anpassen. Das ist ein Ergebnis des Projekts Gleichwertige Lebensverhltnisse: Passgenaue Manahmen zur Entwicklung strukturschwacher Regionen, das das Deutsche Forschungsinstitut fr ffentliche Verwaltung und die Technische Universitt Berlin im Auftrag des Bundesministeriums fr Wirtschaft und Energie durchgefhrt haben.
