With 5 piece colors, 12 board colors and 16 bag colors, there are so many ways to make this set your own!All equipment meets or exceeds club and tournament standards.If you're a competitive club player, tournament player, especially a rapid or blitz player... this is your game.The Commander Staunton full sized, weighted pieces play with authoritya solid durable choice that's meant to be used.The quality of this set will be great for 98% of chess players, but it's not for those expecting a premium plastic finish or intended to be a collectable chess set. Every piece has visible mold lines and colored pieces are more susceptible to minor scuffing, but can be buffed out with some care. The thin 1/16" Flex Pad, our best club board available, is digitally printed cloth top with an anti-slip rubber backing and can be both rolled and folded depending on the need, still laying flat when you are ready to play, even months later.Finally, the Deluxe Storage Bag pads and protects the set and even offers additional room for a chess clock and a book or two!
