OVERVIEW: The Bridgestone Turanza EL400-02 RFT (OE) is a touring all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. This model is the original equipment tire for select vehicles models. This tire was manufactured using the run flat technology. The tire can support the weight of the vehicle for 50 miles and up to 50 mph after the loss of air pressure. This prevents the driver from being stranded on the side of the road, instead they are able to arrive safely at a location where they can change or repair the tire. Run flat tires are manufactured for vehicles that do not have space for spare tires and they cannot be mixed with regular tires.The special tread pattern enhances the tire's year-round traction and it grips the road well in wet, dry and even winter weather. The tread pattern's circumferential tread grooves eliminate water from below the footprint, resisting dangerous hydroplaning situations.
