Product Details
4' deep half-size food pan (item 24PP) is 6.3 quart. 6' deep half-size food pan (item 26PP) is 9.4 quart. Translucent food pans are an economical choice for storing food as well as using on prep tables and in food bars. Made of translucent polypropylene to handle a wide temperature range from -40°F to +160°F (-40°C to +71°C), to provide visibility for content identification and to offer high chemical resistance. Meets Gastronorm food pan specifications. Non-stick smooth interior surface increases yield and eases cleaning. Uniform flange width ensures a smooth fit for prep tables and rails. Covers are ordered separately.
