Butterfly Rosette Iron Mold, Cast Aluminum Scandinavian Rosette cookies make great gifts and treats no matter what the season. Though Rosettes are traditionally made in holiday patterns, using shapes like snowflakes or stars, we have a wide selection of these irons in an assortment of interesting patterns, such as this spring-like butterfly design. Our Rosette Molds are made from a cast aluminum alloy, so they are lightweight for easy handling around hot oil, and durable. Design allows for the rosette cookie to slide easily off the mold after frying (Irons should be seasoned properly in hot oil prior to first use). Finish off your butterfly rosettes with powdered sugar for a beautiful presentation. Our Butterfly Rosette Iron Mold measures 3-1/4' across, 2-3/4' top to bottom, by 1/2' high (Item # 7002) Molds are made from a durable lightweight cast aluminum alloy; rosettes slide right off the mold after frying Rosette irons should be seasoned before first uses to ensure easy release of cookies Rosette Iron Handles are sold separately.
