Martellato Pantograph Cutter Cuts straight or fluted strips of fondant Like the Ateco dough dividers, this fondant divider cuts even strips whose width you choose by the number and width of spacers between the wheels. 4 wheels of this cutter are straight edge, the other 8--in four pairs of two--are fluted. (Compare with Ateco divider 13967.) Space on Pantograph between first and last wheel (with the wheels farthest apart) is 4-1/4 inch. Diameter of straight-edge wheels 2-1/2 inch; of fluted wheels 2-5/8 inch, but the wheels do not cut into fondant that thick. The thickness of the fondant is instead limited to the space between your work surface and the Pantograph's rod. 23 separable parts: 1 metal rod 4 plastic straight-edge wheels 4 x 2 (2 pieces = 1 pair) plastic fluted wheels (each pair fluted differently) 4 plastic spacers, each 5mm (0.2 inch) 2 plastic spacers, each 10mm (0.4 inch) 2 plastic spacers, each 15mm (0.6 inch) 2 plastic end caps Cutter is packaged with straight-edge wheels on and fluted wheels off.
