DeBuyer Conical Copper Saute Pan This copper saute pan is great for boiling down sauces. Made of extra thick copper with a stainless steel interior and mirror polish finish. The pan has small base for fast heating and a wide top diameter for perfect moisture evaporation. Stainless-steel interior offers easy cleaning and durability. 2mm-thick copper body heats and cools fast and evenly. This pan can be used with electric, gas, and vitroceramic heat sources, EXCEPT induction.The handle is riveted ergonomic and made of cast stainless steel which stays cool.
