Vollum Brotform Round Proofing Basket 8.5' outer Diameter x 3', Lb. Simply flour the Brotform and place the kneaded dough in the basket for final rise. Once it has sufficiently risen, turn out the loaf and transfer it onto a baking sheet to bake. After use, simply tap out any excess flour. Occasionally you can brush out the flour with a dry, soft brush. Made of natural cane, handwoven following a century-old tradition. For lb. loaf or 2 to 3 cups flour Dimensions: 8.5' x 3' (measurements listed are taken on the inside of the basket.).
