The kit Tarte Ring Klassik Ø70 by Silikomart Professional is composed by two elements: 6 rings with a 70mm diameter in thermoplastic composite crush-proof material suitable for baking and creating base and a silicone mold with 6 cavities 67mm diameter and 15mm height to make some mousses or creams to lay over the shortcrusts. The rings are non-stick and stainless, they allow an homogenous baking and they are characterized by a high thermal stability. The mold is 100% food-safe, odorless, tasteless, and non-stick Silikomart silicone bakeware are temperature resistant between -76 and 446 degrees Farenheit; use these pans in the oven, microwave, freezer, the pop them into the dishwasher to clean Ring temperature resistance -76° F (-60° C) to 356° F (180° C) Made in Italy Mold size: Ø67 x 15mm H (Ø2.65' x .59' H) Mold volume: 52 ml (1.75 oz) Ring size: Ø70mm x 20mm H (Ø2.75' x .79' H).
