The ring is non-stick and stainless, allows a homogeneous baking and it has a high thermal stability, realizing a traditionally impeccable tart. Ring size: 205mm x 190mm x 20mm H (8' x 7.5' x .78' H) Ring temperature resistance: -76° F (-60° C) to 356° F (180° C).
