Made up of a plastic base with a stainless steel container The temperature is set by adjusting the analog dial Great for use with chocolate confections, baked goods and ice cream Store in a cool dry place Do not turn the machine on without the tub of chocolate To clean, unplug and wait until the machine is cool. Once cool wash the steel tank with warm water and dishwashing detergent. Use a damp cloth for the plastic base. 13.7 Liters (30 lbs.) 110volt Plastic and Stainless Steel This machine does not temper chocolate automatically!.
