The angle valve multi-turn operation allows for precise throttling and on/off control. Fluid never touches the stem threads, which provides fast open/close operation. The valve can be easily joined with the threaded end connections. PVC Schedule 80 exhibits excellent corrosion resistance properties and has the highest long-term hydrostatic strength of any other major thermoplastic material used for piping systems.
