The unique design makes them very stable both short term (±2 mK at TPW) and long term (<19 mK typical at TPW after 500 hours) accuracy is ±6 mK at TPW . These high performance probes fully meet ITS-90 criteria for reference thermometers and are an excellent choices for reference standards for metrology labs of various levels.
