Luisa Demant analysiert aus lebenswelttheoretischer Perspektive Vorstellungen von Teilhabe an Bildung bei Pdagoginnen und Pdagogen in der Grundschule. Es wird geprft inwiefern Beratung als Vermittlungsinstrument zwischen strukturellen und individuellen Mglichkeiten dienen kann. Auf der Basis einer qualitativen Studie werden vier Teilhabedimensionen sowie vier daraus folgende Beratungsstrategien dargestellt und analysiert, wie diese Vorstellungen von Teilhabe die Zielsetzungen in ihren Beratungsaufgaben beeinflussen. Insbesondere ist dabei relevant, wie die Heterogenitt der Schlerinnen und Schler von Pdagoginnen und Pdagogen wahrgenommen wird, mit besonderem Fokus auf Kindern mit sonderpdagogischem Frderbedarf.
