Er berprft diese mittels einer Feldstudie mit realen Verhaltensdaten und eines Laborexperiments empirisch. Der Autor weist den positiven Einfluss der Prmieneinlsung auf die Kundenbindung nach und zeigt, dass der Effekt der Prmieneinlsung von bestimmten Kundencharakteristika sowie von dem relativen Anteil der eingelsten Prmienpunkte abhngt.
