Trotz des Spannungsfeldes zwischen wahrgenommener und antizipierter Fhrung zeigt die Autorin, dass die sogenannte Generation Y Fhrung und Arbeitsgestaltung nicht deutlich anders als etablierte Fhrungskrfte interpretiert. Unternehmerischer Handlungsbedarf besteht daher weniger infolge eines generationendivergierenden Verstndnisses darber, was unter Fhrung verstanden wird, aber dafr umso mehr bei der Fragestellung, wie Fhrung im Unternehmen gelebt wird.
