Die PdagogInnen reflektieren ihren Alltag unter Rckgriff auf unterschiedliche Ordnungs- und Orientierungsmuster und verweisen nicht explizit auf methodisch-didaktisches oder fachliches Wissen. Keineswegs kann daraus jedoch gefolgert werden, dass solches nicht vorliegt. Skepsis ist somit gegenber Vorstellungen angebracht, die Wissen individuell gespeichert vermuten, das ber einfache Transferprozesse praxiswirksam wird. Vielmehr scheint es sich um sedimentiertes Wissen zu handeln, das kaum zu versprachlichen ist.
