Die vorliegende Arbeit entstand 1980 - 1983 als Dissertation am Fachbe reich Gesellschaftswissenschaften der Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universitt Frankfurt/Main. Fr die Verffentlichung wurde der theoretische Teil ber arbeitet. Der empirische Teil wurde lediglich in einigen Details verndert. Ich danke Herrn Professor Dr. U. Oevermann fr vielfltige Untersttzung und fr zahlreiche Anregungen. Herrn Professor Dr. H. Steinert danke ich fr das Interesse an der Arbeit und fr hilfreiche Kritik.
