Dabei werden akteurs- und handlungsbezogene sowie institutionelle Ebenen im Kontext von Schule analysiert. In einer qualitativen Interviewstudie zeigt die Autorin auf, dass die Heterogenitt der Schlerschaft grundstzlich bejaht und in ihren verschiedenen und vielfltigen Dimensionen wahrgenommen wird. Bei der Umsetzung in pdagogische Praktiken sind allerdings mehrere komplexittsreduzierende Strategien im Spiel, die in ihren mglichen Auswirkungen auf Persnlichkeitsentwicklung und Bildungserfolge einzelner Kinder oder Gruppen hoch problematisch sind.
