The Professional is an attractive Jaques-like Staunton design with a graceful profile and pieces that are big and heavy. The queen has sharp pointed coronet, the rooks are tall and beefy, and the bishops have a large slotted miter. The king is tall and has a base diameter of 1.875". The pieces are triple weighted with all 34 pieces weighing in at over 4 pounds.
