This chess set includes our Queen's Gambit Staunton with ebonized and natural boxwood pieces matched with our Classic Walnut and Maple chess board and Classic Walnut Chess Box. If you've seen the Netflix series The Queen's Gambit, you saw Beth playing a game of chess with these pieces. This model is nearly identical to our German Knight with a few minor tweaks no one would even notice. But we wanted to offer exact same set so we made the changes and named it after the oldest chess openings in the game, The Queen's Gambit.
