These are handcrafted boxwood pieces that are painted red and blue and then have a swirly design applied to create a unique look for each piece. This is regulation size set with a king and a 1.625" base. The pieces are heavily weighted and have green felt pads for a soft feel on the chess board. We include two extra queens for pawn promotion.
